Mississippi Public Health Institute

This semester, ELSEWORKS is partnering with the Mississippi Public Health Institute (MPHI) to support long-term growth through strategic planning and business development. Our team is helping MPHI build a full suite of organizational tools, including a business plan with financial projections, a marketing strategy to increase visibility, and a communication framework for engaging stakeholders. We’re also conducting research to inform a new strategic plan that aligns MPHI’s mission with opportunities to expand its impact on public health across Mississippi.
