Midtown Partners

In partnership with Midtown Partners, the ELSEWORKS team is working to promote sustainable homeownership in the Midtown neighborhood by assessing vacant lots and exploring opportunities for residential development. Through property audits, financial analysis, and zoning research, the project aims to support long-term community growth while also evaluating lot feasibility and identifying the most effective uses for Midtown lots.
