The ELSEWORKS Communications team is driven by a clear and compelling mission: to build meaningful connections between ELSEWORKS, Millsaps College, Midtown Jackson, the broader community, and key stakeholders such as future students, families, and employers. Recognizing the challenge of standing out in a crowded digital landscape, the team has developed a strategic, creative approach to storytelling that elevates the ELSEWORKS brand and amplifies the voices of its analysts. Through engaging social media campaigns—featuring analyst spotlights, interactive videos, behind-the-scenes content, and fun weekly posts—ELSEWORKS has significantly expanded its digital footprint, particularly on LinkedIn, forging valuable professional networks and partnerships.

The impact of these efforts is clear in the data: ELSEWORKS’ social media performance far exceeds industry benchmarks. Instagram reels average over 3,100 views per post—more than ten times the typical industry standard—with engagement metrics reflecting strong, authentic audience interaction. This year marks the most successful social media campaign in Millsaps College history, including three of the top organic reels ever produced on campus. Beyond digital content, the team supports key community initiatives such as sponsoring Business Association of Midtown’s Beer & Business event and has led comprehensive redesigns of the ELSEWORKS and Midtown Depot websites to reflect the program’s innovative spirit. With a refreshed logo and a renewed narrative, the Communications team invites trustees, clients, and analysts alike to join in telling the evolving story of ELSEWORKS’ impact and vision.
