The Downtown Jackson Development team is partnering with Kip Gilbert, a real estate developer and Jeff Speed, a commerical real estate agent to assist with the development of recently renovated buildings in downtown Jackson on Capitol Street. Assitance will come in the form of a set of strategic reccomendations to create a vibrant downtown commnunity. A major goal of the project is to catalyze the development of the downtown Jackson economy.
