ELSEWORKS employs teams of graduate and undergraduate students who work with various businesses to help them solve problems and grow. Each year, a new cohort of analysts is selected by ELSEWORKS faculty on the basis of strong work ethic, academic standing, and interest in participating in the revitalization of the Midtown neighbourhood. These students are led by Dr. David Culpepper, Dr. Blakely Fender, Dr. Penelope Prenshaw, Dr. Michael Pickard, and Paul Thomas, Director of Business Analysts. Because of the team-based dynamic model, business analysts are exposed to a wide variety of business problems and opportunities that may not be found elsewhere.
